Our Studio sessions can be tailored to meet your individual needs. We use Reformers, Towers, Pilates Chair and various small equipment to make your Pilates experience enjoyable and effective. Catering for people with rehabilitation requirements or those who are looking for improvements to support current sporting activities and lifestyle. Our Mat class is a small, friendly group and suitable for beginner to intermediate levels. Welcoming and professional, Narelle will look after you and inspire your Pilates practice.
