Are you looking to increase your muscle mass and improve bone density?
Strength sessions using weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell and other resistance based equipment will help you achieve this goal. Your 45 minute session includes a warm up and cooldown to ensure your body is well looked after. Designed to meet your goals, your session can incorporate cardio and some impact exercises to help stimulate bone building cells.
Initial session - 1 hour (assessment) $90
Strength session - 45 mins $65 ​
