If you Self Manage or have a Plan Manager for your NDIS funding, Narelle from Inspire Pilates can offer you individualised Pilates to help meet your Health and Wellbeing needs and goals.

Narelle has worked in the Disability sector and holds a Diploma in Community Services along with a Bachelor in Social Science along with a Diploma in Contemporary Pilates Teaching and Certificate 4 in Fitness.
Narelle has a wealth of experience and knowledge for the provision of tailored movement programs to support individual specific requirements.

NDIS funded clients are able to access Inspire Pilates Studio (Maroochy River) for Studio group sessions (2-3 persons) an may be able to access 1 on 1 Pilates and Strength based sessions.
