Pilates Classes for Retreats

A Pilates mat class is a beautiful addition to any retreat. Whether your retreat attendees have participated in pilates previously or not, Narelle will design a gentle class to suit and you can be assured that your attendees will be well looked after.  All equipment supplied for up to 15 people. Narelle is based on the Sunshine Coast and services the area including the hinterland.
